變壓器故障類型主要有熱故障和電氣故障,其中熱故障占總故障臺數的 60%左右,過熱兼高能放電故障占 10% 左右。油浸式變壓器壽命主要取決于絕緣材料的壽命,而促使絕緣材料老化的決定性因素就是溫度,因此變壓器熱點溫度決定了變壓器的使用壽命。過去由于變壓器內絕緣要求和內部的強電磁干擾,熱點部位的溫度無法監測。出于安全考慮,國內變壓器大都處于 50%~70% 額定功率下、非經濟運行狀況。為此過去都是通過在套管下部安裝電流互感器,回傳模擬信號的辦法測量變壓器的繞組熱點溫度,誤差較大。因此,福州華光天銳光電科技有限公司自主研發的能有效準確檢測變壓器內部繞組溫度的熱點溫度的光纖測溫技術的系統,克服傳統pt100變壓(ya)器測溫技術的(de)不足,提(ti)供一種結構合理、操(cao)作方便且能有效準確地檢測變壓(ya)器內部繞組熱點(dian)溫度的(de)用(yong)于10kv配電變壓(ya)器上的(de)光纖測溫主機。

變壓器光纖測溫系統包括高低壓繞組,還包括安裝于高低壓繞組上的傳感器油道撐條、用于檢測高低壓繞組內線圈溫度的光纖溫度傳感器、通(tong)過光(guang)纖(xian)與光(guang)纖(xian)溫度(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)相連的光(guang)纖(xian)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)盒、用(yong)(yong)于(yu)固定光(guang)纖(xian)的導線(xian)(xian)夾(jia)以(yi)及用(yong)(yong)于(yu)固定安(an)裝(zhuang)所述導線(xian)(xian)夾(jia)的夾(jia)件。通(tong)過在變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)內(nei)的高低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)上安(an)裝(zhuang)有用(yong)(yong)于(yu)檢測其(qi)熱點溫度(du)(du)(du)的光(guang)纖(xian)溫度(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi),工作時通(tong)過光(guang)纖(xian)溫度(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)檢測到(dao)的溫度(du)(du)(du)值并利用(yong)(yong)光(guang)纖(xian)回傳(chuan)(chuan)至光(guang)纖(xian)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)盒內(nei),實時對高低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)進行溫度(du)(du)(du)監控(kong),從可(ke)以(yi)保證(zheng)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)處(chu)于(yu)高效(xiao)運轉狀態。
